Well I collected a bit more than intended; 21L @ 1.063 which means efficiency was down a bit to 80% but then its a stronger brew than I usually do and I find efficiency is inversely proportional to SG.

Down to 1.010 (if the youngs hydrometer is trustworthy) after 1 week so about 7%, racked to a 2nd fermenter and dry hopped. Bottling next Wednesday :) Love the taste already.

Any chance you'll be bringing it to the BBC meeting in a week or so?

I only bottled it today, and the BBC meeting is next Thursday isn't it? I can bring a bottle but it will still be a bit young I think.

Its a bit young but I might bring it, I cracked open a bottle tonight, very happy as a 1st attempt.
