Fermenting with White Labs WLP810 San Francisco Lager Yeast @ 16.5C. I am aiming for ABV 4.9%, hence the name. Starter is underway!

This brew went well. The estimated OG in Beersmith was 1053, and I came in at 1045, but this seems to be down to not losing as much to the boil as I expected this time round. The yeast starter worked a treat and it's now ticking over in the fridge ; )
My efficiency came out at 71% this time (thought it was lower but just recalculated), which I was very pleased about.
