No dents, seals well, no leaks or problems whilst in use by me.

Hmmm - that's about the commercial rate would be interested if you;re including disconnects? Could pick up at March BJCP tasting event

The keg in the link is £55.10 delivered and doesn't sound as good, "signs of wear and some will even have dents". That, to me, describes a 'B' grade keg.
I'm more interested in function not looks, but this is a nice one :)
