Square Petri Dishes

Post by GraemeCoates »

Hello Bristolians,

I've come into possession of a load of sterile square petri dishes - they are bagged up in 5's (I think) in the manufacturers sterile wrapping (though I'm unsure if they can be autoclaved or not for reuse...).

I've got probably a lifetime's supply, so in case others would like some for yeast culturing (ie plating/streaking/single colony isolation) let me know. Swaps appreciated, esp. yeast strains/hops, but make me an offer anyhow.

I can bring them down to the next BJCP course meeting. I'll try and post more specifics later if anyone wants them too.

Cheers for now,

Graeme

Update: they are bagged in 10's, manufactured by Falcon.

Let me know if you fancy taking some off my hands, I have about 20 packs...
