Copper Fittings (Solder Ring)

Post by periolus »

Okay - I inadvertently ordered 16 x Equal Tees (15mm) and 16 x Elbows (15mm), but they are the solder ring variety. I wanted end fit.

I could send these back, but it could be a bit of a pain in the bum and wondered if anyone here would like first refusal? I just want to make my money back really. I can split, but would prefer to sell in one bulk lot or split the tees and elbows into two bulk orders.

Elbows are 46p each
Tees are 65p each

===NB I have changed these since I first posted, as I hadn't taken VAT into account! These prices are now correct and what I paid for them===

All still in original packaging.

Can meet in Bristol area or post. Let me know if interested.

Aye, I'd take half of each if there is anyone else interested in the other bits.
Long live SHA(T)!

Hello!

Well, since I posted this I have sold 8 of each to Mr. Palmer, leaving 8 x elbows (15mm) and 8 x equal tee (15mm) fittings left for sale. As posted, ordered these by mistake as didn't want the solder-ring type.

Let me know if you are interested - am selling at the original cost (they may have gone up at retailers since then!)
Would suit AG builders or budding plumbers alike!

I'll have them. I've got a boiler to make as a spare/HLT, the rest can go in my man-box. Can you bring to BCB or I can wait 'till next BJCP.

Hi Roger!

Yes, I do. Sorry, I couldn't make it to the last meeting and have had no sodding broadband for weeks thanks to Virgin Media!

If you still want them, I can arrange to get them to you ASAP.

Hi Roger! I have the parts in my bag and they will be along tonight. The price to cover these bits is £10.35 which covers all aspects of what I paid for them, including VAT and proportion of delivery etc. Parts = 9.80 inc, VAT plus 55p to cover the delivery part. Sound okay?

Can I put this towards the subs I owe you? I think I owe you £11, so can I just give you the remaining 65p tonight, or do you want to keep it all separate so we don't mix organisational and personal monies together?

See you later!

You join for the membership year which is the same as the calender year, so on that basis you need to pay for May-December = £8. Everybody renews in January. That way, everybody is in sync and it makes life easy.

Nobody owes the treasurer, it's the clubs funds!
