BCB BBQ 2015

Post by steve crawshaw »

Hi

I will host the BCB BBQ again this year at my house in Knowle. Steve W has said he will help (thanks!) and Julian has hinted of a desire to supply pulled pork (thanks). So now it's time for you to decide when it will be. The doodle poll is here:

the poll will close on the 29th May so make sure your vote is cast.

Look forward to another beery event!

cheers
steve

Is it an evening thing or an afternoon?

OK, it's going to be on August the 2nd. Sorry Simon, it seems you can't make it - but you do only seem to have one date free over the summer!

cheers

Can whoever is going please say so, so we can arrange the catering and avoid a shameful waste of food/club funds?

For pulled pork, it's typically 180g per person cooked weight (so 300g uncooked shoulder), or a 180g burger or equivalent in sausage + onions/sides + rolls.

So, me +1 to start the ball rolling.

Me +3 (2 of the small, noisy variety).
