Bulk Hop Ordering

Anyone up for this/think it a good idea?
A short while ago a number of us from Bristol Craft Brewers ordered 25
kg of hops from Charles Faram as the cost per 100 g worked out about
£1.40 after delivery cost etc were factored in. We then divvied up
the hops at the next meeting and all came away very happy with our
swag.
There was a bit of talk last night at Bristol Brewing Circle about
making another order in June to take advantage of the Nelson Sauvin
becoming available and it struck me that there are plenty of other
brewers around who might also want to get on board with another order
even though those who got some first time round probably still have
freezers full of hops.
So if you want to, state the variety and the quantity of hops that you
want below by copying and pasting the list from the most recent post,
then updating the quantity (you can add different varieties on too as
long as Charles Faram has them http://www.wellhopped.co.uk/Variety.asp).
Then add your name with a breakdown of what you have ordered on the
'who' list below it. The most up to date list of hops required should
then always be the most recent reply to the thread.
Some caveats:
1. The hops come in 5 kg blocks, so an order will be placed as soon as
we hit 5 x 5 kg blocks, and only those five hops will be ordered (the
rest of the list will be re-posted into a new thread to begin again).
Once a hop has hit 5 kg it is 'closed' and needs to be added to the list
as a new hop at the bottom with some sort of marker to indicate this,
eg: 'Fuggles (2)'.
2. The hops will be split up at Bristol Craft Brewers unless there is
good reason not to.
3. Someone has to order and pay up front and this needs to be agreed by
the people ordering (we have an account with Charles Faram).
4. Multiples of 250 g only please.
