Aramis whole leaf hops
"Aramis is a new variety with a spicy flavour and a hint of citrus fruit. Great for IPA's and lagers.

Not sure how new the variety is as this ^^ is off Brew UK, but I've used it and to me it has a nice noble type spiciness with a hint of lemon. Versatile.
