London and South East Competition

Anyone going to this?

I was going to, but looks like I will have to work instead, so if anyone is going to judge or steward, can you take my entries with you??

Was going to go, but can't as it's a Sunday and there's no way I can get back to Wales.

I think the choice of day is rather strange. It makes travel very difficult for anyone significantly far from London.

Shame you can't make it. Are you coming to the BCB Winter Warmer comp? Make a long weekend in Bristol out of it!

The Sunday is a product of them not being able to find a suitable venue for the Saturday in Wimbledon. It's unfortunate, as it means that I can't come from Wales.

I may come to the Winter Warmer Comp (I may in fact be able to combine it with "work"), but I'll have to see how dates work out.

Well, I'm sure it will be an historic event. They shouldn't have a problem with that : )

I'd have put in more, but it cost over a tenner to post the volume they want for one...which makes it an expensive comp if you aren't going after the 10 quid entry fee.

My dogs all fell short, but Ali's Tsar came first in stouts (most deservedly). High standards across the board and a tough, tough competition. Did not try a single bad beer. LAB know their shit...
