I feel the same about at least one of mine, but I've entered it for the feedback, the others have respectable competition pedigrees, so I expect good feedback.

Whether any of us have hit the right formula to be a suitable commercial proposition for BBF we'll find out at the final, whenever it is!

Ah, I have this problem with my students. "Good feedback" is surely a reflection on the quality of the feedback given in terms of its usefulness. "Positive feedback" is feedback that tells you that what you submitted was good. There is a rather important difference in this. I take it you meant that you expect to get positive feedback on the beers.

What I probably meant is that theyve been previously judged to be not shit beers, so feedback should be "OK", whether that makes them worthy of being a BBF commercial beer is another matter of course.

If this years hot beer is Belarussian white toed spelt Ale then we're all stuffed and Я не понимаю :)

One wonders if the fact that Andrew, who I believe organizes the competition, is setting up a new brewery called the Wild Beer Co in Somerset has anything to do with the delay and general lack of communication from the BBF on this.
