Re: Winter Warmer mini-comp
I'm already planning my brew for this.....
Are we allowed to enter more than one?

Who is doing a brew for this?
I am, Sunday should see a 1.055 ish beer emerge, recipe not yet finalised. Possibly some of it may get some homegrown Dorset Naga treatment, possibly might even smoke them first.

I am. Might be the smoked chilli porter, might be the Belgian Porter. Can't be both, so we'll have to see.

I am. Might be the dry chocolate stout I've got in atm or another recipe i'm playing around with.
Burns stuff. And makes beer. Usually not at the same time.

I am currently conditioning an old ale. If it isn't shit I'll bring it down.
Long live SHA(T)!
Re: Winter Warmer mini-comp
Age it long. I judged the old ales at the NHC. The best was very good. On chatting to the brewer later it turns out to be nearly a decade old. It was good - vinous, smooth, plummy, moreish, warming. The sort of beer you sip slowly by the fire.Mike Palmer wrote:I am currently conditioning an old ale. If it isn't shit I'll bring it down.
