If anyone is in need of a hop spider in S/S then this is only £13.99 including postage. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Homebrew-Stai ... SwZJlXMuwT

Mine arrived today, it's very good indeed. Easy way for anyone to use T90 pellet hops.

I have used these now.

Firstly I used two, but I did use 500g of T90 hops.

As far as I can tell they worked great, I will need to taste the final beer to be absolutely certain. They held back the vast majority of the hop debris and wort clarity was very good after a little recirculation - I do this routinely in any case. Clean up was made easier as the hop debris compacted into a nice dry mass.

So, you only need one if you use 2-300g of hops and they really are good value.

I got a couple of these in March. They work well, no noiceable hop residue got through them and I got good utilisation. Very pleased with them.
