West Country Pioneer

Today's brew. Note the high IBU's. This is to compensate for the fact that I find most of my beers to be not bitter enough.

160g of Pioneer?? You just have to throw the other 40g in somewhere....

Yeah I was thinking that it was an awkward amount to have left over! Can always use it on a future brew....

Two-Stage dry hop?

80g for 5-7 days, then the extra 40 for another 5-7 days, a la Pliny?

Fair shout, go on then, why the hell not. One of my aims with this beer was to try and make something hoppy with high alpha English hops. So it will probably need that extra 40g anyway.
