80g for 5-7 days, then the extra 40 for another 5-7 days, a la Pliny?

Fair shout, go on then, why the hell not. One of my aims with this beer was to try and make something hoppy with high alpha English hops. So it will probably need that extra 40g anyway.alikocho wrote:Two-Stage dry hop?
