Depends on how big a pack you want, but about the same as if I'd bought a brick of S-04 for what I got, so dried yeast didn't work out cheaper.

That's pretty damn sweet. Do you plan on maintaining it as a 'brewery yeast' or getting fresh in for each batch?

I'd like to maintain yeast if I can as it will likely be cheaper. But it might not be feasible, and fresh might be cheaper than the cost of dumping a spoiled batch.

All part of the planning and piloting stage.
