I've done a lot of brewing with my daughter strapped to me. I'm not a fan of the Baby Bjorns, and prefer the ergo as my weapon of choice.

Just kegged this. Really the best fermentation I have ever had with US05, which I put down to fermenting at the slightly lower temp of 18 degrees. Lovely malt character, but also nice and dry at 1010 with hops coming through very well. The odd thing was that even though fermentation had finished the yeast slurry on the surface never dropped.

I often top crop the yeast towards the end and save it for the next brew as it is reluctant to drop.
