Just tested this, it's down to 1.005, so 7.1% abv.
Looks, smells and tastes awesome. Can't wait to see how dry-hopping will affect it.

I'm not sure about the effect of the calypso actually, it's kinda hard to discern the late hops against the mad stinkup barnyard of the yeast. The bittering charge from the fuggles works very well - earthy and slightly spicy - but I'm gonna wait and see what the effect of the calypso is after dry-hopping.alikocho wrote:Good yeast strain, huh? Yeast strain is a winner! This could well be my maison saison.
