Measured batch size: 21 litres

50% (3kg) Wheat malt
35% (2.1kg) Maris Otter
15% (0.9kg) Munich malt

22.5 IBUs
20g Marynka - First Wort - 18.1 IBUs
20g Marynka - 7 minutes - 4.4 IBUs
20g Marynka - Aroma steep

OG: 1.058

Yeast - Danstar Munich
Water - Bristol (Eastville), which is very similar to Munich profile

Good beer, was drier on second taste (at bbc). Couldn't spot any late hop character in it particularly (a good thing imo) and interesting that danstar Munich is the same as wlp300 and seems to give as good results.
