What I is brewing tomorrow..

With some inspiration from Gordon Strong's recipe in brewing better beer. WLP002 starter on the go now, very clumpy yeast.

Cascade and Centennial really work well together. Nice nod to CAMRA with the Goldings.

er, yeah. It transpired that my inventory was wrong and i didn't have enough cascade for the job, so I tweaked the recipe to use chinook instead. Goldings followed a chat with sandy at BCB about combining US and UK hops - plus i've got loads!

I have a good feeling about this. I hit gravity and volume, the wort was running clear from the mash tun and the wort tasted amazing!
