Today I brewed a beer in the style of Ali's Indian Ink, an IPA (probably, more correctly, an AIPA with a rather dark hint). Been intending to brew this for almost a year, be interested in what Ali thinks when he tries it.
Grist of MO low colour pale combined with cold steeped special carafa I and III and a shed load of (mostly) yank hops. Final recipe to follow once I've decided on the dry hops, fermenting with US-05. Wort tasted great. Around 6%ABV, 80 IBU and 200EBC.
Great brew day, cracked open the 2011 vintage cider for it's first try and it's totally amazing, really love it.
Cascadian dark ale / Bl*ck IPA

I'll second that, Rogers 2011 Vintage is amazing!
The craft beer revolution will not be sanitised!

I've cracked open the first keg of this and it's good, bit hazy due to the heavy dry hoping, but a great pint.
