This US-05 is quite eager to get on with it!
I usually chuck the yeast on the bottom of the FV and run off from the boiler over the yeast. US-05 was all rehydrated and working by the time I'd dragged the FV downstairs.
Lovely aroma, 300g of Cascade/Citra in 42 litres.

Yep, I noticed that with S0-5. Fermented from 1045 down to 1012 in about 48 hours!
