Recipe is for 23 litres.
Grist:
3754 g Pale Malt 85%
442 g Carapils Malt 10%
221 g Munich Malt 5%
3 hour Mash at 66 Degrees Centigrade
90 minute Boil
Bittering Hops (all Last 15 minutes of boil):
42 g Motueka @ 7.2 % A.A.
30 g Amarillo @ 9.5 % A.A.
10 g Simcoe @ 12% A.A.
10g Irish Moss Last 15 minutes of Boil
Post Boil Hops (chucked in at around 95 degrees for 45 minutes):
I would wait now until 80
13 g Motueka
12 g Amarillo
14 g Simcoe
Fermented with:
Records do not exist! most likely Gervin or failing that Nottingham .
Dry Hopped with:
24 g Motueka
Matured in cask for just under three weeks.

I'd wondered what the hop schedule was on that. I knew there was Motueka in there, but that was about it.
I'm curious as to why you mash for as long as 3 hours, though.

I suppose for me there are two reasons, the first being habit, as I brew a lot of beers from the Durden Park Book, where the recommended mash time is three hours. The second is that as my mash tun is a passively heated insulated 'Zaptap' I am not that confident in its use, I mash longer as I feel that will give me a better extract although for such a low gravity beer as this, I take your point that a shorter mash maybe of around 90 minutes would do the job.
I will experiment with a 90 minute mash the next time I brew this.
