I've thought of a use for it and the 6k of Rauch malt I have kicking around, judging when to brew it so I can slap it on the S-33 yeast cake from the latest brew.....

I have heard online somewhere that a Vienna-dominant grist works very nicely with Northern Brewer hops if that is of any use?

Maybe. But I'm thinking 10-12% and likely to use Many hundreds of g of Tettnang and Saaz.
