Saison using Motueka. Split batch - half with WLP568 Saison Blend, half with WLP670 American Farmhouse (includes Brett). Taking advantage of the warm weather this week.

Brewed this last night. Wonderful fresh blackcurrant aroma's wafting out of the fermenters and the Brett is tearing away at the sugars in the funky batch. Fermentation temp 24C.

I have high hopes, and might dry hop with some Nelson Sauvin to get a touch more complexity on the aroma.
