Split batch saison

brewed up 40L of saison wort today for a split batch with one half going to The Yeast Bay's saison blend and the other to a US Farmhouse white labs yeast which is saison and brett i believe. Used up all my pilsner malt and was pretty close to topping out my 50L boiler. Both are bubbling away now in my cellar which is just about 20C...

You got in quick for the new yeast bay products then. For some reason I can't see the recipe using that link.

Looks good. Will be interested in what the yeasts bring to the party.
