This is the extract beer I brought to BBC tonight. It's an American Pale Ale.

Batch size: 19L
1.050 OG
1.012 FG
34 IBU
5.1% ABV
7 SRM

Steep
Crystal 60L 200g (7%)

Boil
Dry Malt Extract - Light 2.4kg (85%)
Brown Sugar 200g (7%)

Hop Schedule
Summit (US) Leaf 10g 60 min AA 18.5%
Cascade (US) Leaf 20g 10 min AA 7.0%
Summit (US) Leaf 10g 10 min AA 18.5%
Cascade (US) Leaf 15g 0 min AA 7.0%

Dry Hop
Citra (US) Pellet 30g 4 days AA 13.7%

Yeast
White Labs WLP001 2L starter (was out of date)

Other
Irish Moss 5g 20 min
Servomyces Yeast Nutrient 1 pill 15 min

Notes
I upped the hop quantities by 10% as was using muslin bags for the boil. OG 1.052, FG 1.012.

A really top notch IPA IMO. Shame Phil ruined our enjoyment of it by tipping his slops into the jug!!!!!

Would really have liked to sample a bit more....

Yeah, this was a lovely beer, no extract twang which is impressive. Nice one Tom.

Phil, you should sit in the corner at the next meeting for such rotten behaviour!
