Porter Recipe?

Post by SandyM »

I just got back from a trip up north where I sampled a particularly enjoyable porter recipe so thought I might make my next batch a porter. Anyone got any recipes they can recommend? Or just some tips? I may adapt hop schedules a little depending on what I have in stock but pretty sure I have everything I need grain wise.

All of the above would be great. Knowing the quality of your usual beers Ali I think I will be spoilt for choice! Thanks

Smoked Porter - http://stormbrewing.wordpress.com/2011/ ... ed-porter/

Meantime London Porter here - viewtopic.php?f=10&t=31&start=10

I can give you more when I don't have two children sitting on me, if you want....

Thanks Ali, liking the sound of that London Porter, might go for that. Unfortunately i think i'm gonna have to wait a little while to get it on though as I have to move house in the next couple of weeks.
