Batch size: 24 litres

3.9kg - 65% - Pale MO
1.05kg - 17.5% - Munich malt
1.05kg - 17.5% - Wheat malt

Mash: 60 min, single step infusion @ 66C
Boil: 60 min

EKG - 40g - FWH - 21.5 IBUs
Irish moss - 1 tsp - 10 min
EKG - 30g - 5 min - 2.9 IBUs
Fresh Rosemary - 20g - 0 min/flame out
EKG - 30g - Aroma steep

Yeast: WLP565 (Saison 1)
OG: 1.048
