Recipe: Thai PA
Style: American IPA
Taste: (30.0) Distinct galangal aroma, slightly over - sweet. Would make again with less body and possibly add one birds eye chilli in the last 10 mins of boil. Lager malt would work well. Could also add lime juice for extra tartness or increase the citra dry hopping. I think amarillo would also do well. A very good beer, interesting taste.

Notes:
------
The colour represented in beermith is too dark. This came out the colour of a standard lager e.g. kronenbourg. good head, good clarity.
I like to keep a bottle of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.
