Using up Munich

I have loads of munich malt and want to use some of it up. Any ideas for a good recipe (using what I have in my inventory). I have a range of malts and hops but limited yeasts, s04, s05, t58 and wlp099 (high gravity). I kind of feel like just experimenting and trying a single malt, single hop (SMASH) beer using munich. Any thoughts?

Biere de garde maybe? Or if you have any noble hops you could try doing an ale bock, and perhaps even do it as a smash. Whatever you do is likely to be very malty, so I'd keep the hopping low and shoot for a bastard version of a malty continental lager.
