Hi!
I'm trying to brew my first beer with fruit flavor, Milkshake Mango IPA to be specific. Could you please take a look and advise if something sensible will come out of the following recipe:
Mash:
4kg pale ale malt
1kg wheat malt
1kg oatmeal
Hopping:
30g Citra 13.1% - 30'
50g Mosaic 13.2% - 0'
50g Mosaic 13.2% - cold
Additives:
Lactose - 0.5kg - thrown in at the end of the boil
Mango pulp - 1kg - tossed in at the boil
Thank you for your help!
