I bought this a week or so ago (about £5) and I have to say I'm fairly impressed with it so far. It has all the pubs listed (obviously) but has a nice feature which will tell you which pubs are nearest to you, how far away they are (links in to google maps) and in which direction.
I submitted a bug report for it though, it seemed to think the miners is the duke, and vice versa.
It has already been useful for finding a decent pub while I was out of town :)

Burns stuff. And makes beer. Usually not at the same time.

I got it after seeing this post. I've needed something like it for years!

The girlfriend has it on her SpacePhone. Haven't ha a bad pint from Lyme Regis to Bournemouth and Exeter. Ooh, and it is pretty handy when you go 'find me the nearest decent pub, I'm fed up of shopping/people/standing'.
Long live SHA(T)!

I haven't used the app version but myself and Taz went to a pub listed in the 2011 and 2012 book whilst in Cornwall last weekend. Haven't had such bad beer (how could they do that to Old P?) in a long time.
To put into context, the pub was so bad, even the dog was sick in the beer garden.
