I wonder how they separate the grist from the wort in order to do the boil?

I think i prefer the braumeister - tried, tested and german. (and cheaper). I also worry that the brewbot leaves less option for the experimenter and I am opposed to proprietary (IOS) systems. I'm not buying an iPhone to brew!
but it does look nice, and i wish them success.
I like to keep a bottle of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.
