Homebrew Handbook magazine- great recipes

Post by monty1 »

I picked up a magazine last night from Sainsbury's - The Complete Homebrew Handbook (Future, £10) - it has a recipes section at the back including some interesting beers commercially available including Bristol Beer's Southville Hop, Moor's revival and Wild Beer's Epic Saison. So if you fancy making these, grab a copy! Other than that - it's mainly beginner's stuff so may not be otherwise relevant to many here.

Aye, it's a bit steep but it is one of the big thick magazines that's really more of a book. I'm a beginner and was lured in by their promises of all the guides you'll ever need and the ability to make a clone of Southville Hop!

As written by my mate Ben McCormick aka @beeradventcal - so ask him if there are any issues with the homebrew process bit, as I was in no way involved in it ... <looks shifty>
