Not quite Bristol I know but close enough!
I've been brewing since last summer and went all grain last Autumn.
I use a MaxiBIAB method with an Electrim boiler, fermentation fridge/Brewbelt controlled by an STC-1000 and have recently acquired 2 beer engines which I plan to use with polypins although I'm open to the idea of some kind of keg and CO2 set up.
Currently conditioning is my 1st 20L polypin which I filled yesterday with a clone of Felinfoel Double Dragon based on Graham Wheeler's and bottles of a dark bitter using pilgrim, fuggles, goldings and sovereign hops.
