bru,n water

my last laptop failed i have a new one my only problem is i had bru,n water on it i cant seem to get it on my new one any suggestions

i am not very clever when it comes to computers my son said he would look at it in the next day or two i will let you know how it turns out i thank you for being helpful Rodney

thank you Roger my son connected me up with microsoft excel it is such a long time since i used it i had problems switching it off i can only assume i am on the right one
