Thanks Steve, I heard it at the time, but didn't think to share it here! It was a very interesting program esp. the part about Warminster Maltings and Maris Otter, and about the guy From muntons saying that its not even on the radar as it's percentage of the British barley crop is so small.
Still I bet they make malt that ends up as Foster and Carling et al.
What a waste of Barley!
The craft beer revolution will not be sanitised!
