The Sour hour

Post by PMowdes »

For anyone wanting to make or making Sours this series of podcasts are well worth a listen. They are full of small gems of info from grist composition to souring techinques.

In fact most of the brewing network shows are well worth listening to (especially the Jamil show)

I've listened to it a bit. If you can get past the somewhat forced bonhomie, there is some good info. However I think anyone starting sours would be well advised to start with reading American Sour Beers cover to cover. Then get brewing because a lot of the styles will take over 6 months to mature.

I like to keep a bottle of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.
