carmel malt

I've got a recipe which includes Carmel malt (dark carastan 35l) is it the same as crystal malt ,

yes, caramel malt = crystal malt
I like to keep a bottle of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.

I am looking into making smuttynose porter which calls for (dark carastan and carafa 2) cant locate them on those tables you sent me I have worked out the conversions of the other ingredients (eg % to grams ) which you sent me but I cant work out dark carastan and carafa 2 I need to know the potential SG pkgl so I can complete the recipe
