 Post subject: using yeast deposits

is it advisable to use the deposits from the bottom of the fermentation bin to start another brew ?

Yup, it's fine as long as you are certain the beer isn't infected. Use http://www.mrmalty.com/calc/repitch.html to calculate how much slurry to use.

US-05 often is better when re-pitched.
