Hi all,
I want to try and brew an Einstock type beer which is a white ale brewed with orange and coriander, so i was planning to use orange peel and coriander seed.
When is it best to add these additions? To the end of the boil? Or in with the dry hops?
Can anyone advise what kind of amount of these should be using?
Cheers!

Re: Adding coriander & orange peel
I brewed a wit last year where I added the zest of 2 navel oranges and 4g of crushed coriander seeds. I added them to the boil with 5 mins left.
I didn't feel the orange came through all that much so ended up adding the zest of another orange to the fermenter.
I think you could double the quantities I used without fear of overdoing it.

Re: Adding coriander & orange peel
I made a spiced saison and added orange peel 15 mins before the end of the boil & coriander 10 mins before the end of the boil.
It worked out well
