I was really pleased with my last batch (single hop Citra ale), but I only made a 10 litre batch. I want to reproduce this beer but make more of it and make some slight improvements.
My 10 litre batch used 1 whole sachet of a US west coast ale yeast, to ensure I get as close as possible to the brew I have this time should I also double the yeast? My original brew used yeast for a full size batch for a half size batch, but I don't know how much impact this would have had on the beer overall.
Should i double the yeast to remain closer to doubling the original recipe, or should I just not worry about it?
Thanks
Doubling the amount of yeast.

Have a look at http://www.mrmalty.com/calc/calc.html
Put in your target OG and batch size, select the dried yeast tab and it will tell you how much yeast you need.
Simple.
