1.004 is extremely low - the beer will be very dry! Did you correct for temperature?
The mash temps you give would have had an effect on fermentability - to be clear though, it's not the quantity, but the type of sugars produced that are the result of different mash temps.
And yes, final gravity would effect the style if you go by the numbers. Very few beers drop that low. Look at the BJCP guidelines - http://www.bjcp.org/2008styles/catdex.php. This isn't necessarily an issue on styles, not least as a judge doesn't have any information on a beer other than what's in the glass. What might be of issue is the mouthfeel (body etc) and balance of malt to hops. It'll need tasting...
What style is this?

Re: What style is this?
No I didn't correct for temperature but as I measured at room temp which is about 4 degrees lower than the temperature I measured the OG at I figured I didn't need to as it wouldnt change it.
I have just corrected for temperature and I get 1.005, so not quite so low but still pretty low!
I don't necessarily mind very dry, as long as everything else balances out.

Burns stuff. And makes beer. Usually not at the same time.

Just bottled and it is really quite dry. If the hop aromas mature well it might still be quite good though.
