Hi guys and girls,

Just thought I'd let you all know that we're running a winter home-brew competition at the brew house in conjunction with Love to Brew in Brislington.

We're opening it up to three specific styles:

Oatmeal Stout
Rye IPA
American Pale Ale

There will be a winner for each category, prizes to be beer related. The best in competition will also win a brew day at the brew house, to brew 1000l of their winning beer. The beer will (hopefully) be launched at the CAMRA Bristol Beer festival at the end of March 2017.

The deadline for submissions is 28/02/17 and it is £3/entry. You can enter a max of one beer per category. Submission forms will be made available soon. If you spend over £20 at Love to Brew then you will get a voucher for a free beer entry.

The winning beer will also be sold across 3 of our other pubs; Prince Street Social in Bristol, and The Bath Brew House and The Cork in Bath.

Feel free to ask any questions!

Cheers and happy brewing!

Simon

You can drop them in with your beers to either King Street Brew House, or Love To Brew in Brislington.

Hi Again,

After last years successful competition we are again running it this year. The three styles we are looking for are:

American IPA
German Wheat Beer
American Brown Ale

Deadline is 19th Jan 2018 and we are again running it with Love to Brew in Brislington.

The winner of each category will win a £25 bar tab as well as a brew house t-shirt.

The overall winner will be able to brew up to 1000l of their beer at KSBH, help design the branding and also name the beer. During the brew you will get breakfast and lunch as well as plenty of beer throughout the day!

Last yeast winner was Luke Davies with his Oatmeal Stout 'Get Your Oats'.
