Saranac White IPA

A Belgian Wit crossed with an IPA.

Pours cloudy gold, with tight white head. Aroma of citrus, heavily orange, grassy, and just a hint of coriander Wheat malt aroma. Flavour - firm bitterness, with pronounced orangey-citrus flavour from hops and what seems to be a bitter orange peel addition. Hops jar with wheat derived flavours. Slick, medium body, highly carbonated.

A gimmick that didn't quite work. There's a reason why wheat beers don't tend to be highly hopped...
