As discussed style guidelines are here http://www.bjcp.org/styles04/Category12.php
If you fancy having a go it needs to be ready for February's meeting, so we can decide which one to enter.
I guess we also need a way to decide. We had four (probable) BJCP Judges there last night, so do we leave it to them or does everyone want to stick their oar in? TBC...

Re: Interclub Porter Competition
This still going to be entered as "Bristol Brewers" with BCB, or did that idea get ditched?

Re: Interclub Porter Competition
That wasn't discussed. I'd hazard that we're likely to enter separately though, as it was only a passing idea of mine, and there doesn't really seem much justification for it.alikocho wrote:This still going to be entered as "Bristol Brewers" with BCB, or did that idea get ditched?

Re: Interclub Porter Competition
What are the bottle requirements for entry (number / type / size)?
I guess at least 2 more bottles are required for use at the February meeting.

Re: Interclub Porter Competition
Common sense says bring enough to the meeting for everyone to try. I think whichever one gets entered only needs to supply 1 x 500 MLB bottle.jeddere wrote:What are the bottle requirements for entry (number / type / size)?
