The next meeting of BBC is almost upon us. This month we'll be talking about malt, before moving on to tasting some beers!
We are a social group primarily focussed on making and improving homebrewed beers and welcome any level of brewer.
We have a knowledgeable group of local brewers that can take you through the basics or discuss the finer points of fermentation, so please come along if this is your tipple. As ever, if you have homebrewed beer to share, please bring it along (limit 2 bottles - we support the pub!).

I'm afraid I haven't got any beer to bring along this week, but I will be bringing along a new toy for everyone to try out. Taz has been innovating.
Taz... or Chris. It's up to you.

Not sure I've got any beer* either and, althought I've been innovating, my randall is not suitable for using at a BBC meeting.
*could bottle something bright from a CK if I get time!

I've a mediocre bitter that I need to know how to improve, at least there'll be some beer.
Long live SHA(T)!

I've got an American Stout, Biere de Mars, Smoked Porter, and Black IPA to hand. And the end of an ESB in a pressure barrel...
But I did just order some cornies!

When I say 'no beer' I mean most of my cornies are full.
CK 1 + 2 Bristol APA
CK 3 Pilsner (Cooper's kit)
CK 4 Mildly Wonky
CK 5 Stout (Cooper's kit)
CK 6 Perry
CK 7 Foreign extra stout
CK 8 & 9 Munich Dunkel
CK 10 - needs cleaning then re-filling with cider
CK 10.5 - 10 litres of foul beer that needs throwing away
I wouln't force the contents of 3, 5 or 10.5 on you - although they could do with emptying. 7 is way off being ready to drink. Something bright from 1/2 or 8/9 might be taken along.

Well I'm bringing 2 along, the pale ale I thought I over hopped but didn't (although I may have over carbonated) and the Amber Mk1 I made up (Mk2 should be ready by BCB)
Burns stuff. And makes beer. Usually not at the same time.
