June 2nd Meeting

A quick reminder.....

The next meeting of Bristol Craft Brewers will be held on June 2nd 2011 7:30pm for 8pm start at the Cornubia public house, 142 Temple Street, Redcliffe, Bristol, BS1 6BY.

If you know of anyone else who may be interested in attending then please pass along this information.

The June meeting will be discussion based and the topic this month will be recipes.

On the agenda this month;

1) Introductions

2) Ingredients swap - including Arbor ales wet yeast - bring a sterile container if you want some

3) BJCP competition - a brief update - now "The National homebrew competition"

4) Q&A session - very loosely based around recipe formulation

5) AOB and reminder of upcoming meetings

6) Tastings - please bring 3 bottles of each brew you would like to share


If anyone has anything they would like added to the agenda please let me know

A very enjoyable meeting, some lovely beers and Mike's unbelievably great pork scratchings! last night

Those scratchings are legendary, essential beer tasting companions!

What's this about pork scratchings! Are you guys telling me I missed brewclub/beer and homemade pork scratchings! I am now going to pull my toe nails out to dull the pain in my heart.
