I've no cheese board but can supply a cheese knife or two.
I'll bring some bottle openers too.
Since I wasn't at the meeting, any idea how many people are bringing cheese, What would a good weight to bring?
Would 1Kg be excessive?

Re: Meetings
I think it would make sense for everyone to bring enough for 2 people. That way we don't have ridiculous quantities of cheese, but there's enough in case some people forget.
I've got a couple of cheese knives and boards, so I'll try to remember to bring them. It's going to be a heavy bike.

Taz... or Chris. It's up to you.

Re: Meetings
Does anyone have anything that we can put these bottles in? Eg crates, wine carry boxes / bags?In addition to the bottles that participants are entering in to the Winter warmer competition, please remember to bring along
an extra bottle of something good, which will go towards a thank you gift to Arbor Ales and Phil and Jackie at the Cornubia.

January 2012 BCB Meeting
Happy Brew Years to one and all,
New year means new month, which means new BCB meeting, which means new meeting reminder! The next meeting of Bristol Craft Brewers will be this Thursday 5th January at the Cornubia 8pm start.
On the agenda this month is:
1) Introductions
2) Membership discussion - How are club members defined and what does it mean to be a member?
3) Agenda planning for the first half of 2012 - it would be very helpful if people could come along with ideas for what to do in future meetings
4) Update on events in 2012 Q1 (Comps and mini-comps, socials etc)
5) AOB
6) Tastings
As usual, if you have a beer that you would like to share with the group then please bring it along for the tasting session. Looking forward to seeing you all on Thursday
Cheers

I desperately need old malt sacks! If anyone has one lying around not in use (particularly those people splitting malt with me), please bring it along. Ta.
