For my part, I would like more analysis of my beer. It's very nice getting comments along the lines of 'lovely' and 'well done' but there is no way I am a perfect brewer so I would like feedback on how I could have improved my beers in peoples opinions. I appreciate it when people like Mark point out there might be a touch of diacetyl or whatever although I really don't care either way whether it gets written in the minutes, I listen to feedback at the time.

I realise not everyone feels the same though. I can only imagine how crushed I would have felt if the first time I turned up to a meeting everyone completely tore my beer apart. Maybe we should say as part of the introductions we do for our beers whether or not we want analysis?
Burns stuff. And makes beer. Usually not at the same time.
